Festive OREO Whoopie Pies

Description: These Oreo whoopie pies are my personal favorite. I make these for special occasions.

Preparation Time: 1 hour 5 minutes

Servings:30

Ingredients:

OREO Cookies - 30

Marshmallow crème - 1 cup

White cake mix with colored sprinkles - 1 package

Thawed frozen whipped topping - 1 1/2 cups

Directions:

Put 1 cookie in each muffin cup. Make the cake mixture following the instructions on the package. Drop by 1 tablespoon on each cookie.

Place in the oven until brown for 14 minutes.

Place marshmallow crème in a bowl in the microwave on high (for 15 seconds). Beat in whipped topping until mixed.

Cut the cupcakes in half. Spread the filling between the halves.
